The Neighborhood
Four pedestrian roads in this fascinating area combine just ten blocks—a prevalent location, especially with young creatives. The access to roads has the same appeal in more parcels with homes with separate studios.
There are some great contemporary architectures in the neighborhood, but the focus is on the restoration and building extension of old 1920s California bungalows in line with the original style.
The neighborhood is participating in maintaining the historical quality of pedestrian roads. There are many block parties throughout the year.
This area can be called the Venetian Garden community, as the area is characterized by beautiful landscaping. A great atmosphere spreads throughout the region of Venice Beach, which is seen in the location, is unique because the roads are 35 feet to 40 feet wide and 85 feet to 90 feet deep. The driveway has adapted these widths to be part of the building design, making the driveways 40 feet wide and 135 feet deep. These measurements allow for enough space to have two units, and the possibilities are vast such that two units in a 5,000-square-foot section can fit in the lot. - Venice Beach Living
